Designed for adults with special needs, ages 18 and older, Extra Special Art explores individual expression and abilities while fostering self-esteem, group participation, self-control and individuality. Students learn to explore a variety of different art materials and styles and are encouraged to trust their own decision-making skills through the guidance of a professional artist.
Artist/Instructor Mary Hull has a background in fine art, case management, social work and personal training to individuals with developmental and intellectual challenges.
